What Could Growing Red Spots On Shin Area Indicate?

I have two small red spots on my left leg/shin area. I was at the dermatologist a few months ago and he wasn't sure what they were but wasn't concerned. When you push on them, the blood flows away and then back to the spots. They seem slightly larger now and I wonder what it might be. There is no pain at all. Thanks
