What Could Hard, Painful Mass Along Shoulder Blade With Tingling Wrist Indicate?

I have a hard mass that hurts to touch along my shoulder blade on the right side, sometimes my upper arm hurts and i have numbness and tingling in my wrist and fingers. What could it be? I have had my c7 disc removed which mirrored the same symptoms. that was done recently just a couple of months ago. If there was another disc issue I believe the dr would have seen it
