What Could Have Caused Me To Start Menstruating 9 Days Ago After A Full Hysterectomy?

I am 42 years old. I had an emergency full hysterectomy after having an emergency c-section in 2013 as the surgeons couldn t stop the hemorrhaging. I started menstruating 9 days ago. I just want to know what caused it and if I should be concerned about it.
