What Could Headache And Vomiting During Periods Suggest?

hi have been getting headaches in the evening and morning. they seem to be all over my head. this morning on vomited and yesterday afelt sick in the morning. they first started when i got my period two weeks ago. my period stopped and started up again. my period just finished one day ago and i still get the headaches. thanks
