What Could Headache With Loss Of Sleep And Stomach Ache Suggest?

hi. Sometimes when i don't get enough sleep and wake up early for work I get really bad headaches, the kind that is located in one temple, or pain all over the top of my head, neck and shoulders. Then my stomach hurts and i feel like i'm going to throw up but i never actually throw up. Most of the pain goes away after a good night sleep but sometimes I still have some pain when I wake up. However, i never know when it's coming because other days when i don't get a good night sleep nothing happens..
