What Could Headache With Short Term Memory Suggest?

hi i have had an increased amount of headaches, tingling on the right side of my face, loss of balance/dizziness and problems with short term memory re-call, every now and again i get my words jumbled when i try and talk and seem to have become emotional, are these just lots of coincidences or should i be worried? thanks
