What Could Headache,lymph Nodes On Neck Suggest?

Yesterday i woke up and felt sick....I had a headache, congested, and my body hurt. didn't have a fever. today i felt my lymph node in my neck on the right side under my jaw bone and it hurt.....what could this be....I researched H.I.V. please tell me its not this....I went on a cruise and could it be temperature change?
