What Could Insomnia,headache With Nose Sores Suggest?

I think I have multiple things going on. I don't know. I'm a 35yr old female. Bone & joint pain everyday,minor headaches that worsen in the sun,constant random itching & bruising. Extreme hair loss by the hands full! Tired,no energy. Night and day hot flashes. Pain between shoulders a few times a wk. insomnia. Chronic cold for almost 2 months,nose sores & bleeding. I could go on & on but these are the more often things I deal with. I had a complete histerectomy in 20011 ,taking dole strongmen shot monthly. However,a lot of this was happening before hist. Blood work always comes out normal,except once. It showed I had too many red blood cells which was causing hands,feet,& facial swelling. I don't know what else to do. Don't wanna sound like a hypochondriac ,but sometimes I feel like my dr is just not listening to me. Please help if u can. Thank u.
