What Could Intense Pull And Pain In Stomach Post Nissan Redo Surgery Mean?

I had nissan full wrap april 2014 and october 2014 (approx 6 months later) i started dry heaving and ended up with emergency nissan redo surgery. never had heartburn or regurg but my stomach folded over top and bottom and i had uncontrollable dry heaves. i lifted alot of clothes today and felt an intense pull and then pain. could i have undone the surgery that easily? do not want to repeat it again.
