What Could Intermittent Headache With Stomach And Back Pain Suggest?

Hi, I'm going to see a doctor today, but I've been having on and off headaches for a week and a half. My stomach has been hurting on and off every few hours for the same amount of time and my lower back hurts whenever I bend down. I'm not pregnant because I'm a virgin and am not sexually active. What does this mean?
