What Could It Possibly Mean When At Least Once A

What could it possibly mean when at least once a month right before or after my period my labias start to get sore and start peeling, it doesn't hurt to pee, it doesn't itch, there is no odor and I have the regular discharge that happens to every women, but they just get sore especially during sex and start peeling and it is like that for a couple of days. I will be going to the doctors but I just would like if I could get an idea of what I'm dealing with
