What Could Itchy Hole Above Anus With Puss Indicate?

ok so for as long as i can remeber i have ad a tiny hole right between my butt cheeks its probably an inch from my anus....ani dont remeber it ever getting to this point of discomfort, i orginally had thought it was a birth defect n since it didnt bother me that much i didnt go see a doctor, a couple months ago it got really red like a rash an became really itchy sometimes it bleeds an thers a little puss....im a femal so im jus wondering if it is a Pilonidal cyst and what should I do...last night before bed i went to see it an puss came out of the hole but thers no bumbs or anything so what should i do?
