What Could Itchy, Insect Bite Like Marks On Foot And Arm Indicate?

I have what looks like an insectbite on the top of my left foot very itchy.Tonite i have the same kind of bite on my right arm near my elbow.do you know what kind of insect bite this could be or could it be hives from me worrying so much about my bills.
