What Could Itchy, Sore Breasts / Armpit And Painful Tongue Indicate?

I am 19 years old and have been experiencing several symptoms which i am not sure are related. A few weeks ago, i experienced what felt like an itch inside my right breast. it was sore but i ignored it. Then two days later i had trouble sleeping because whenever i lay on my back or side, i felt like something heavy was on top of me, especially on the right hand side. i could not carry anything for those two days. I went to the doctor and he said he did not know what was wrong and gave me an asthma pump and pain killers. It is the second time that i have had this happen and the doctor before said it was a panick attack. The heaviness went away but i still have pain in my body and bones, almost like it is worn down. And i am worried because the pain in my right breast and under my armpit still hasnt gone away. now i have pain in my tounge but i can't find any redness or inflamation anywhere. what could this be?
