What Could Itchy Swelling Of Labia And Clitoris Suggest?

Hi, I've been experiencing lots of itching on my labia minora and on the clitoris. It swells (left side.) I'm very clean and clean my privates the right way. I've noticed this happens right before my period And after. Its gotten worst tho! I've noticed the labia minora in between the clitoris has like an excess Skin it sort of looks like a sesame seed more tinier tho. Its weird.
