What Could Itchy Vagina With Swollen And Purplish Clitoris Indicate?

Okay so for the past couple of days my area has been giving me some issues. Like it started out as an itch then it got really irritated and swollen and my clitoris is a blue purplish color. It's been that color for a little while but it seems to have gotten worse. I've never had any sort of sexual intercourse before and my hygiene is fine. I am a healthy weight and I eat fine; getting plenty of vegetables and drinking plenty of water. And today it just got so much worse and the pain has become almost unbearable. Please help!
