What Could Itchy Vaginal Discharge With Sore Throat Suggest?

i have been to the doctor he took a vaginal swab its sore and itchy at the front and I have some discharge and it smells now I have a sore throat and a cold and very hot what could all these symtoms mean also I feel sick too I cant afford this so ill have to go to doctors
