What Could Kidney Pain With Loss Of Appetite Indicate?

i hve sudden onset kidney pain, loss of appetite swollen glands neck and groin, sore eyes and stomach pain feels like a flu but i get this every few months, am on escitalopram and have had low wbc count periodically also low blood calcium, am 50 year old woman very active had early menopuse age 38, thanks
