What Could Light Bleeding With Cramps And Bloating Suggest?

hello. I am 20 years old. I started my period on the 18th and was done by the 22nd. And it wasn't too light but pretty light especially for my period. All day the 21st and 22nd I didn't bleed at all but when my husband and I had sex on the 23rd I bled right after. And ever since my period started and still I have cramps and bloating. I also feel a bit nauseous throughout the day. Could this just be a bug or could I possibly be pregnant?! I have no discharge at all except for the day we had sex.
