What Could Lightheadedness With Itchy Skin And Lack Of Concentration Suggest?

Hi. I have headaches all the time, and feel light headed all the time, I need to drink alot and have very itchy skin. I always feel the need to eat sugary foods and my urine isn't the same colour as normal. I will lose my co-ordination and will frequently fall because I can't stand up normally. It will be hard to listen and concentrate in class and I wont pronounce words correctly or I will forget them. If i havent said before i will Need to use the restroom more than before. What's wrong with me?
