What Could Line Of Bumps Inside Labia On Both Sides Mean?

Okay so about 3-4 months ago i found a line of bumps on my inside right labia i didnt think much if ut at all the. I noticed the same thing on the righy side and they as well are in a line and in the sane stop as the left the libe just isent as long. The dont itch hurt or anything. I have a dr appt this commibg week for my yearly. But im stressing over it. I just want tobknow what it could possibly be since they are almost symmetrical and look like swollen taste buds.
