What Could Liquid Discharge From Right Ear Post Removal Of Lymph Nodes Of Neck Indicate?

i had skin cancer twice and the lumps were removed from the right side of my neck along with lymph nodes they can't find the primary but about 8 months ago I started noticing the right side of my face was wet when I looked it seems to be coming from about 3cm above my right ear and dripping down my face some times it's a small amount other times it's a lot and can happen from 2 mins to over an hour I'm not in any pain or anything but it's embarrassing if I'm out and it happens it's a clear fluid what could it be
