What Could Lump Below Foreskin Of A Virgin Teenager Indicate?

I am 14, haven t had sex and have reacent lay found a small lump under my foreskin. I do masterbate and am wondering if it serious and need to get it checked out or if it will go away in a few weeks. It looks like a pee and at first I just thought it was a large vein. Any information or advice would be realy appreciated. thanks!
