What Could Lump In Anus With Itchy Bruises On Arms And Legs Mean?

Hi, i am 17 year old female and am wondering what is wrong with me. I have a lump in my anus, which i pretty sure is a hemorrhoid but have not been to see a doctor. However, in the past few days i have found random bruises on my arms and legs (6/7 in total) and have no idea where they came from. My skin is also sometimes itchy. please help im worried!
