What Could Lumps During Menses Flow In Females With Tubes Tied Suggest?

I have a 8month old baby. I had my tubes tied during csear. I have had two periods 32 days apart. Each period has had lumps similar to grape skin and small jelly like blood clots. It does look very similar to past miscarriages. Is it possible there is a disorder that could cause this or am i really facing the reality that the tube tying didnt work?
