What Could Migraines With Stomach Churns And Nausea Suggest?

I had a migrane yesterday, and was feeling sick in my stomach. it was churning and i felt as though i was going to be sick. Today, my migrane has gone, although i still have this nauseous churning in my stomach, also a few sharp pains. I also still have the feeling of wanting to be sick. Any ideas what could be making me feel like this.
