What Could Milky Discharge From Breast Suggest?

hi. i've stopped using triphasil for about 6 months now. and the last 3 months i have milk in my breasts. i've been buying pregnancy tests, but all of them are negative. what can the problem be? and my eyesight is getting worse and worse every day.
