What Could Missed Periods After Fingering With Intact Hymen Mean?

hi... im 17 and athletic... i havent had my period in about 3 months and im never regular but its never more than 3 months... my last period was in late july early aug... in late aug i was gave a guy a bj and he ejaculated on my stomach.... i wiped it off with a towel and later with rubbing alcohol... i then didnt have my period in sept which in the middle of sept i took a pregnancy test bc i was extremely freaking out and it came up negative... since then i have given multiple bjs and always washed it off of my hands and stuff.... they did finger me but didnt pop my hymen... is there any way i am pregnant?
