What Could Missed Periods With Little Brown And Flaky Bleeding Mean?

had sex a 8 days before my period was due it was due on the 5th of march, period never came 2 days ago had a small light bleed then brown flaky stuff when i wipe then nothing the day after a few drops of blood and all brown again, i have had low stomach pain but its gone now any thoughts thanks
