What Could Missing Period At 46 Years Old Indicate, Despite Lower Abdomen Pain?

Last period was Dec 1 to 5 .... period didn t came down in January.. I went to gyn ... my pregnancy test came back negative.. I been having lower abdomen pain .. ultrasound came back with endometrium 14mm... no period yet ... I m 46 year old. What this mean
