What Could Morning Sickness And Fluctuating Body Temperature Related With?

i would like to ask. one of my friends which is a girl is having more and more symptoms. after recently helping her stop a drug addiction, she now wakes up with morning sickness. She says she sometimes spits out yellowish brown congestion, has minor headaches, and sometimes her body temperature increases and decreases. what do you think she has and what are some ways to stop these symptoms?
