What Could Multiple Probable Cysts Bilateral Thyroid Indicate?

I had an angioscreen done 2 years ago and there appeared to be several small probable cysts bilateral thyroid. It was done when a bus came around and they said, just when I went to see my primary care doctor, let them know so they could check it. My primary care doctor moved and I haven t had this checked. What should I expect when i see a doctor this next week?
