What Could Nasal Congestion With Bloody Mucus Suggest?

I blew my nose earlier and a rather large skin-like bit of bulky substance that I think was snot was expelled.I have been suffering from nasal congestion and treating with decongestant since Friday. I have also had some bloody mucus when I blow. Does this sound normal or should I visit a dr.?
