What Could Nose Bleeds With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Over the past few weeks I have had a steady nose bleed, normally not pouring out blood but defiantly still there. Before this episode a nose bleed was a rare occurrence for me. Recently, I had an episode where I lost consciousness for a period of about 30 min. I went to the ER and had a CT and EKG which came back clean. Ever since then I have had terrible dizziness and some blurred vision. Any recommendation on further action?
