What Could Numbness In Body With Migraine Suggest?

my left side of my whole body keeps going numb it seems to travel from my hand to my leg face all left side even teeth and face i suffer from migraines and the doctor says it could be related but sometimes i dont even have a migraine when this comes on. its just happened now and i feel weak.
