What Could Orange Discharge With Back Pain Suggest?

yes please, I am 23 yrs old. I noticed late last year(around Nov.) that my menstrual cycle blood is now orange-looking. Sometimes my lower back hurts and also my stomach on both sides. I have been tested for stds and they all came back negative. I also have a discharge...at first it was white and alot of it, after I went to get tested the nurse treated me "as if" I had Chlamydia. The discharge continued but was yellow and now it's clear. I have no idea what's going on with my body. Can someone help me please??
