What Could Pain And Now Hear A Fluttering Sound In My Right Ear Be After Forcing My Clogged Nose?

Hi, I m sick the whole, colds and all that kinds of stuff. I get to the point that my nose is clogged and I ended up forcing it then suddenly I heard sudden noise and pain from my right ear, I tried it again now it sounds like a paper holding it against the wind kind of sound.
