What Could Pain In Right Arm Radiating From Elbow To Shoulder And Neck Indicate?

My right arm has been hurting from the bend, up to the shoulder and now my neck. I had a hysterectomy about four weeks ago and my arm has been aching ever since. I suspect the blood pressure cuff was pumped too tightly during surgery and has caused some sort of trauma to the muscle or nerves. Is this possible? No bruises or lumps. Just want the pain to stop.
