What Could Pain Inside The Underarms Suggest?

ok so i been feeling this pain when i press down , on my under arms.. and theres a bit of fat tissue that sticks out when i wear a tank top.. the pain is inside.. its been hurting for months i havent checked it out because i thought its nothing but it bothers me at times
