What Could Painful Genitals With Lack Of Menses Cycle Suggest?

I had pain two days ago, down below like right above my private line, and my sides were hurting, but the pain has eased up and i havent had my period for awhile, i had a UTI in dec that caused me to bleed for 12 days straight, any idea what might be wrong with me?
