What Could Painful Lump Between Testicles And Buttocks Indicate?

My 20 year old son had a lump between his testicals and butt we took him for a CT scan Friday, Saturday he woke up with severe pain so we took him to the hospital his urine and blood work came back fine but he still has the pain and he is running a fever
