What Could Persistent Headaches With Dizziness And Fatigue Indicate?

hi i am 14 years old and for about the last 6 months or so i have been getting really bad persistent headaches. they can last up to a week and are worse in the morning then get slightly better as the day goes on. they also sometimes make me feel dizzy and have very little energy. paracetamol also doesnt really seem to help it much. i have said to my parents about it but they just seem to ignore it.
