What Could Persistent Pain In Chest While Resting Indicate?

I am a62 year old white hispanic male. I am experiencing presistant chest pain........ it radiates from the center or top of the abdomen and sometimes reflects on the right pectoral area of the chest. I have no shortness of breath, or radiating pain to my left arm. It is most prevelant when i am in a rest mode wathching TV. I had a Cath done when I was 50 and it was a false positive, no corrective action was taken. I have regular EKG s with no negative results ?
