What Could Pimple Like Bumps On Vagina With Tingling Sensation Mean?

a few months ago i had pimple like this all over my vagina but they were under the skin no pain and no itching, i got very scared. my friend told me it was just razor bumps. after that i had sexual intercourse with someone and they told me they got like one red bump on their penis. so ive been feeling a bit of tingling and now near my vagina and butt hole i have a cut that hurts when i try and wipe. it doesnt burn when i pee or any of that it just hurts if i touch it and when i whipe. i cant see it its not a blister or anything it just feels like a cut. i am very scared.
