What Could Pink Discharge And Tender Breasts Post Menopause Indicate?

Hello. I am 49 years old, and almost two years post menopausal. Today I noticed a very light pink color when I wiped after a pee. Nothing in my underwear. On Friday I stopped my natural progesterone for the week of rest. Also, I am retaining water, and have tender breasts. Does this sound like cancer? I am afraid.
