What Could Pink Discharge With Cramps Suggest?

hello i am 21 years of age i weigh about 152 and is about 5"4 and no medical history.
question: I have been having a light pink discharge ever since weds. and me and my husband had intercourse on that day also. i also been cramping a little and not able to eat. Could you please help me firgure out whats wrong?
