What Could Pressure On Windpipe With Throat Tightness Suggest?

in the last few days only lasting a little while each time I feel a pressure in my windpipe area almost like I have a wind trapped it is not there all the time, what could it be? I also get a tight feeling in my throat every so often and my back is very out and knotted.
