What Could Pulsating Headache During Sex Indicate?

Please type your query here...I had sex and as I was orgasiming I got an intense headache that probably registers a good 7 on a scale to 10 and it's been almost 48 hours now and it hasn't gone away. It is pulsating and hurts anytime anything gets any emotion going with me good or bad. I feel a little bump on the lower right back side of my head where the pain is. What's going on with me?
