What Could Puss Filled Bumps On Neck Suggest?

Hi, I have a bump on my neck, and when I squeeze it a white puss comes out. The bump flattens and over a couple of weeks will fill again. My skin is not discoloured, and you would only notice the bump on closer examination or by feel. Can you tell me what it is?
