What Could Radiating Mild Pain Up And Down The Right Side Of Body Indicate?

hi, my name is paula. I been having a mild pain up and down my right side of the body for over three month. Sometime the back of my right leg hurt, sometime in the middle of my right and now the top of my right hand hurt, sometime it tingling in my leg and arm and hand follow by some headache not bad, but mostly it on my right side. The right side of my neck hurt just a little. I seen my physical doctor on March 4, she thought I a have a carotid artery on my right side of the neck, so she sent me for an ultrasound, turn out to be nothing. I m still concern because I still have the same pain. I know there must be something going on, my body trying to tell me something, I never have these pain before. I m conerning about heart attack or stroke because my cholesterol are always kinda high. Can you tell me anything
